    I been been shopping in grocery stores for nearly 70 years. The Safeway in St. Helena ranks at or near the bottom for customer service and particularly checkout. Today I had a small basket with just a few items. I was number 10 or so in the Express checkout line. The lady in front had an overflowing basket. Several people ahead of me were well over 15 items. I finally set basket down, told the manager where it was and left. Here attitude was to shrug her shoulders. My wife will not go into the store as she says it is like that every time.
